🧾 NexAfric Vendor/Service Provider Refund Responsibility Agreement
This agreement outlines the refund, return, and payment responsibilities of vendors and service providers (“Vendors/Service Providers”) using the NexAfric Marketplace Platform (“Platform”).
By registering and offering products or services on NexAfric, you agree to the following terms:
1. Vendor/Service Provider Accountability
• Vendors/Service Providers are fully responsible for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges for all orders they receive.
• All refund requests from buyers will first be sent directly to the vendor/service provider for resolution.
• Vendors/Service Providers must respond within 72 hours of receiving a refund or return request.
• Failure to respond within this timeframe allows NexAfric to intervene and decide the outcome on behalf of both parties.
2. Refund and Return Conditions
Vendors/Service Providers must provide a refund if:
• The product or service was not delivered,
• The product is defective, expired, or significantly different from its description, or
• The service was not completed as agreed.
Refunds should be fair, transparent, and completed using the same payment method used by the buyer.
3. Payment Protection
• NexAfric holds all payments until the buyer confirms delivery or the order is automatically marked as delivered.
• Payments are then released to vendors during the weekly payout cycle (every Friday).
• If a refund or dispute is open, the payment remains on hold until resolved.
4. Vendor/Service Providers Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
• Keep all product and service information accurate and updated.
• Communicate politely and promptly with buyers.
• Honor all refund and return requests according to this agreement.
• Avoid charging any extra fees outside of NexAfric’s payment system.
5. Platform Fees
• NexAfric charges a commission of 8% to 10% per successful transaction.
• This fee is automatically deducted before vendor payouts.
• The percentage depends on the service category and will be displayed in your Vendor/Service Provider Dashboard.
6. NexAfric’s Role
NexAfric is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers.
NexAfric:
• Does not own or ship products,
• Does not directly issue refunds unless vendors/service providers fail to respond,
• May suspend or remove any vendor who violates refund or delivery rules.
7. Agreement and Compliance
By checking the box below, you confirm that you:

✅ Accept that you are responsible for refunds and returns as described.
✅ Agree that NexAfric’s decision in unresolved disputes will be final.
