By using NexAfric, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

NexAfric is a digital marketplace connecting buyers and verified vendors/service providers offering essential goods and services. NexAfric acts as an intermediary and is not the direct seller of most products or services.

3. Vendor/Service Provider Responsibility

Vendors/service providers must:

• Provide accurate information about their services and prices

• Deliver items or services on time and in the described condition

• Keep their accounts secure and up to date

• Comply with local laws and ethical business practices

NexAfric reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor/service provider violating these rules.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

• Provide accurate delivery and payment information

• Respect payment timelines

• Avoid fraudulent or abusive activity

5. Payments and Fees

All transactions are processed securely. NexAfric automatically deducts a service fee (8–10%) from vendor/service provider sales.

Refunds are available for undelivered or cancelled orders after verification by our support team.

6. NexAfric Gift Cards

NexAfric Gift Cards can be used to buy any service or product on the platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used before their expiry date.

7. Limitations of Liability

NexAfric is not responsible for:

• Delays or failures caused by third-party vendors/service providers or delivery partners

• Losses resulting from misuse of user accounts

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, users should contact NexAfric Support within 7 days of the issue. We aim to resolve complaints fairly within 5 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All NexAfric content — logo, design, name, and materials — are the property of NexAfric and cannot be copied or used without written consent.

10. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of our policies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where NexAfric operates its main office.
