• Your money is held safely until your order is confirmed as delivered or completed.
• Vendors/Service providers only receive their funds after the buyer confirms delivery or when the system auto confirms it.
• You can pay using Mobile Money, debit/credit cards, or NexAfric Gift Cards.
We never share your payment information with vendors/service providers or third parties.
🤝 2. Verified Vendors/Service Providers
All vendors and service providers on NexAfric go through a simple verification process that includes:
• Valid ID or business registration
• Contact and address verification
• Review of their first few orders or services
This helps protect buyers and ensures everyone on NexAfric is real and accountable.
🔁 3. Refunds and Disputes
If something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.
• Buyers can open a refund request directly from their account.
• Vendors and Service Providers get 72 hours to resolve it before NexAfric steps in.
• Refunds are issued fairly and quickly using your original payment method.
You never lose your money for undelivered or wrong products. Our team reviews every dispute and ensures fairness for both sides.
🧾 4. Vendor/Service Provider Responsibility
Every NexAfric vendor agrees to handle returns and refunds responsibly.
If a vendor/service provider doesn’t respond, NexAfric holds the payment and investigates the issue. This protects you and keeps our community trustworthy.
